Getting Cleaning As Routine As The Bending & Stretching


It has taken me years to get the hang of a cleaning and tidying routine and still I come back to a bombsite of a kitchen if I have fallen off my own particular cleaning wagon!  It is so easy to get distracted and forget to do my cooking and meal preparation in such a way that allows a few minutes between end of cooking and plating up, so I can clear up the immediately cooking equipment and either put it to soak or pile it in the dishwasher.  I have conquered my lazier habits in the morning in my ensuite.  I hop out of bed early, almost on the alarm bell.  I ablute or shower and then after my teeth are finished, body pampered etc and definitely before the exercise and stretch routine, I clean the basin, counter and toilet area.  It only takes about 4 minutes to put my beauty stuff back in the cabinets, spray the surfaces, basin etc with anti limescale cleaner.  Once all has been sprayed, wiped down and then rinsed, I dry all off with appropriate cloths, to a sparkling shine.     Then after my bending & stretching, I put nightclothes away, shake up the duvet and pillows and make the bed before collecing everything I need for the day and going downstairs for the day ahead.
